Daniel Cormier
Daniel Cormier is the former UFC Heavyweight Champion. Cormier is the second of three fighters in UFC history to hold titles in two weight classes simultaneously, and the first and only fighter ever to defend titles in two weight classes. Cormier is also the former Strikeforce Heavyweight Grand Prix Champion and King of the Cage Heavyweight Champion. Cormier holds the distinction of having won a world championship belt in every promotion for which he has fought.
Outside of the octagon, Cormier has risen to become one of the top media personalities in MMA and has appeared in literally hundreds of productions.
Cormier has been a regular part of the UFC commentary team as a color commentator since making his debut in 2016. He is known for his rapport with other announcers and fighters, his unique style, and his expert insight into the sport.
He’s also a regular on various ESPN platforms and is a cohost of the Good Guy Bad Guy podcast along with Chael Sonnen. He was formerly a cohost of the podcast DC & Helwani (with Ariel Helwani) prior to Helwani departing for Yahoo Sports in 2021.
Daniel has been recognized for his broadcast work, winning "Analyst of the Year" in 2018, 2019, and 2020, and "Personality of the Year" in 2021 at the World MMA Awards.
Cormier served as a coach on The Ultimate Fighter’s 33rd season against Chael Sonnen.
Served as the special guest referee for the "Fight Pit" match at WWE Extreme Rules 2022, and also appeared on WWE Raw and Smackdown! in 2019 and 2020.
